Our policy is simple and straightforward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange minus our actual freight and handling charges incurred on the original order.
There are some notable exceptions which are clearly marked in the product page's information. One of these exceptions is Dog Costumes which we cannot accept returns on unless there is a manufacturer defect or order mistake on our part, such as shipping you the wrong size.
In stock orders are shipped with 3 business days unless otherwise noted on the specific product description or a payment is delayed. Out of stock or back order purchases will be notified within 3 business days of the status of the order and be given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a FULL Refund. 4. If defective, you may choose between a refund, store credit or exchange.

6. Your packing slip must be enclosed in the returned package, shipped to the address above.
7. You must file a Return Request within 10 days from the date you receive your order and returned product MUST be received by us within 30 of the delivered date.

We currently provide shipping rates for the Continental United States. All orders are sent what we refer to as "Best Way" to your particular zone. This means that depending on your location, package weight & dimensions, type of address and such we will determine the fastest and most efficient shipping platform from USPS, UPS, FexEX, AirMail and even Freight for some items. Determining your shipping in this manner gives us the flexibility to use the best and most efficient shipper for your package every time. We CAN ship to APO addresses and are happy to assist our US soldiers and civilians on duty overseas in any way we can.
Often times your orders can be shipped in multiple boxes and from different distribution locations. We make every effort to keep you apprised of the number and origin of shipment containers at all times.
